The Bibliophile’s Ball is a one-night-only costume party for lovers of the written word. Guests are invited to come dressed as their favorite book characters and wander through genre-inspired spaces throughout the hall, each styled to reflect different worlds, tropes, and vibes—from epic fantasy to dark romance to classic literary chaos.

This is a party-first event, with music, dancing, cocktails, and playful surprises throughout the night. Think less “quiet library,” more “forbidden chapter at midnight.”

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Genre/Title-Themed Spaces to explore, mingle, and take photos

• A Bookish Scavenger Hunt woven throughout the evening & building

• A Mostly-For-Fun Book Character Costume Contest (prepare yourself for unique prizes)

• Dancing all night to a genre-spanning playlist of faves

COSTUMES ENCOURAGED (BUT NOT REQUIRED):

• Morally gray love interest

• Villain with impeccable taste

• Warrior, witch, librarian, rogue, fae, shadow daddy, or heroine

• Or any character who lives rent-free in your head

BAR & LOUNGE:

Our cocktail lounge will be open throughout the event, serving classic, modern, and themed drinks. Non-alcoholic options will also be available.

• Expect adult themes, flirtatious humor, and playful irreverence

• This is a celebration of books, fandom, creativity, and community—not a formal ball (comfortable shoes encouraged)
